Are you interested in working on massive, genre-defining IPs as well as in-house independent titles? Then this new position here at SpookiCG could be exactly what you’ve been on the hunt for!
To help us support our long-term partner Flat2VR (Trombone Champ: unflattened, Roboquest VR, Out of Sight VR) on epic unannounced projects, we’re looking for a technical artist or graphics engineer/programmer skilled with Unreal Engine’s render pipeline.
The ideal candidate would have :
Proven experience with at least Unreal Engine in graphical pipeline related tasks such as advanced post processes, modifying parts of the pipeline in a custom engine,…
Experience in robust game optimization
Previous work in VR, console or mobile is a big plus
Good written and spoken English
Good communication skills, always being respectful of others and their work.
Solid C++ foundations
Readiness to be mentored, open to feedback and criticism
Experience with graphics profiling tools, ie RenderDoc.
Some affinity with technical vfx creation tools such as Houdini, Embergen, 3D modeling softwares and other art authoring programs is a plus.
Remember there is no need to fill every point, this is for an ideal candidate only, we will review each submission.
If you know all there is to know about mobile optimization and VR, great, if not, no problem. What we’re really looking for is an individual with strong working knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 and/or 5 and graphics programming. In exchange, SpookiCG and its partners are a safe space to learn, grow, communicate and achieve your goals.
